Enjoy complete peace of mind where every experience is like a home-cation. To live each day in unrivalled sophistication with the world-class ecosystem at the Waterside Estate.
We drew inspiration from the features of the project's surroundings and what it means to live in the area for residents. The Serif typeface of the wordmark was inspired by architectural elements while resembling water's organic shape and flow.
Luxury aesthetics can be colourful, as life should be. I created a colour palette to reflect both nature and the time of day when skylights reflect on the water's surface.
A set of textures/backgrounds for each resident type was created by closely observing botanicals under the fleeting skylights. It feels like living in the moment and invokes the poetic beauty of nature.
